Passion for Leadership Development

I am the founder and CEO of Essentia Leadership Coaching. I advise and coach high potential executives to successfully transition into bigger roles.

I have worked for more than 30 years as an international senior leader in global, regional and local leadership roles (CEO, COO, Vice President). I have had P&L responsibility over multibillion dollars operations and have led thousands of employees in different parts of the world. I have led multi-year contractual negotiations worth several billion dollars.

I am passionate about leadership development and have made my passion my full-time work. I have coached and mentored dozens of high potential executives along my corporate career. I have created Essentia Leadership Coaching to assist high potential leaders in developing their full capabilities so they can reach the highest levels in their organizations.

I am a Certified Executive Coach (International Coaching Federation - ACC; Center for Executive Coaching - ACTP). I have been certified by different leadership development companies to provide assessments, professional feedback and development plans for executives. I have an MBA degree and have done several specialization courses in Strategy, Marketing and Finance, in several countries.

I love to work with people from different cultures. My career provided me with the opportunity to live in different parts of the world and to work with people from dozens of countries, in all continents. I learned to respect and adapt to different cultures and behaviors, and this experience has made me grow as a human being and as a leader.
